Terms of service

StrokeVoice provides a subscription app for speech practice and recovery support after stroke. The service is intended for adults and their carers.

Important note

StrokeVoice is not a medical device and does not replace medical or speech and language care.

Accounts and access

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for ensuring any shared carer access is granted intentionally.

Subscriptions

Paid access, where offered, renews according to the plan selected in the App Store or Google Play unless cancelled in line with the store’s billing rules.

Acceptable use

The service must not be used to upload abusive, unlawful, or harmful material, or to interfere with the service for others.

Availability

We work to keep StrokeVoice available and reliable, but availability is not guaranteed at all times.
